A workstation system designed for a Japanese furniture brand, defined by a consistent visual language and scalable across multiple configurations.
The Challenge
• Define a coherent system across 20+ workstation types
• Maintain strong design identity across all configurations
• Balance modular flexibility with structural clarity
• Align design intent with engineering and production
• Ensure usability across different workspace scenarios
My Role & Contribution
• Lead Designer, responsible for overall design direction
• Defined visual language and system-level design principles
• Developed form, proportion, and structural expression
• Created 3D models and design development assets
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Tokyo / Bangkok)

• Established a consistent design language across all elements
• Used geometry to unify structure and identity
• Balanced modularity with clarity in form and proportion

• Developed system across desks, meeting tables, and configurations
